Active Africa walking through the heart of the Cape
Winelands is an experience not to be missed.
| After collection from your accommodation, we travel for an
hour to one of the Winelands best kept secrets before
leaving the vehicle to spend the day walking over gentle
gradients through the vineyards, learning the intricacies
of viniculture and viticulture as you go. Spend some time
getting to know the people that work the land and join in
on activities such as harvesting and pruning. Of course,
no visit to the Winelands would be complete without
experiencing the renowned hospitality of the farms and
sampling some of the wine.

We conduct 4 tastings on your
journey, and lunch with the wine maker on his 100
year old homestead is a memory not easily forgotten. We end our day
at a quaint country hotel with a game of Petanque (French
Bowls) and taste a selection of wines from the farms in
the area, with an opportunity to take your preferred
vintage home with you.
